Possible Railway Integrations of PetroCity Ferrovias.
PetroCity Ferrovias has in its routes, already approved by the Government, two possible integrations with the North-South Railway (EF-151) and with the Central-West Integration Railway (EF-354), in the municipality of Mara Rosa, in the northwest of Goiás.
• FICO and Ferrovia Norte Sul (FNS): With approved routes, the integration in Mara Rosa (GO) connects the agribusiness of the Central-West to the ports of Itaqui (MA), Santos (SP) and Urussuquara (ES). This interconnection expands the transportation of grains and other products, meeting the growing logistical demand of the region.
• Vitoria to Minas Railway (EFVM): The connection in Governador Valadares (MG) links the Vale do Rio Doce to the Urussuquara TUP infrastructure, while PetroCity customers will have access to the ports of Espírito Santo served by EFVM.
These integrations offer complete logistics solutions, connecting national and international markets and strengthening export and import transportation in Brazil.

Possible integration of PetroCity Ferrovias with the national railway grid.
Caravelas/BA to Araçuaí/MG Railway – MTC Caravelas : The Caravelas/BA to Araçuaí/MG Railway, managed by MTC Multimodal Caravelas SA, is an initiative authorized and contracted with the Federal Government. It will connect to PetroCity Ferrovias' EF-030 in the municipality of Teófilo Otoni (MG), creating a strategic integration for railway and port logistics.
MTC is also expanding the Port of Caravelas (BA), which will be directly connected to the railway. This synergy will allow for the sharing of infrastructure, expanding the types and volumes of goods transported and benefiting both operations. This partnership has already been formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between PetroCity Ferrovias and MTC.
Benefits of Integrations: Rail connections bring substantial gains to the economy and the environment, reducing logistics costs and increasing Brazil's competitiveness in the international market. In addition, a robust rail network ensures faster and more reliable deliveries, which are essential for sectors such as agribusiness and mining, contributing to the country's sustainable and integrated development.
